The Diamond Head Theatre extends ‘The King and I’ to April 17

Due to the enthusiastic response about the Diamond Head Theatre’s upcoming production of The King and I, show dates have been extended through April 17.

The show will open on March 25 and will feature NYC guest artist Paolo Montalban. 

In The King and I, it is 1862 in Siam when English widow, Anna Leonowens, and her young son arrive at the Royal Palace in Bangkok. The King of Siam has summoned Anna to serve as tutor to his many children and wives. After a rocky start, Anna and the King grow to understand each other in a truly unique love story. 

Favorite songs include: “I Whistle a Happy Tune,” “Getting to Know You,” “Hello Young Lovers,” “Something Wonderful,” and “Shall We Dance.”
