Kapahulu Neighborhood Board gets down to business about doing your business in public
The Diamond Head/Kapahulu/Saint Louis Neighborhood Board will meet Thursday, March 10, 7:00 p.m. at the Ala Wai Club House, located at 404 Kapahulu Avenue.
The Board, among other things, will be looking at State Legislature bills that would prohibit urinating and defecating in public.
