HONOLULU—Yesterday, Governor-elect Neil Abercrombie selected a handful of key cabinet posts: Richard Lim as head of the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; Alapaki Nahale-a as director of the Department of Hawaiian Homelands, and Bobby Hall as DHHL deputy director; Jodie Maesaka-Hirata for the Department of Public Safety; and William Aila, Jr., to chair the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
